Ville General seen wooing Kokomo's Neighbor as possible ally

(AP 28 Feb) This reporter observed numerous attempts by an unnamed Maragarita Ville general to recruit allies, friends and spies during the night of 27 Feb to aid in his on-going war with Kokomos.. His unabashed pitch consisted of offering a free piece of cloth, possibly a free drink, and a digital photo (vaporware) .
At least one of the possible recruits was a high level official at KoKomo's close neighbor "La Bamba". Military officials would consider her alignment with the Ville to be a major Ku, since she is in a position to observe much of the activity that takes place across the street at Kokomos.
