JC set this house up for his mom so she could live in USA standards when she visited.  Due to medical conditions she will not return to the Philippines in the near future.  This house is spotlessly clean with far more living space then any hotel in Angeles. Security is excellent.  Over the last few years we have never had a guest that went back to using hotels after they stayed in this house.

  • Trike service 24 hours a day
    • P 50 to/from Checkpoint using trikes in front of Margarita Station. 
    • House staff can call a trike for you any time or you they can get you a trike from a trike stand 1 block away (these may charge P90-100 to Checkpoint).
  • Meals:
    • The house staff can call for home delivery from a number of fast food places or you can have food delivered from Margarita Station for P 50 (trike fee).
    • You can tell us what you want from beer to mineral water to groceries and we will have it delivered to the house at better prices than you can usually get at the grocery store.
    • Access to Gas BBQ grill
